Kinzie Bowden is a licensed tattoo artist and permanent makeup artist in Wyoming, specializing in illustrative, fine line, and blackwork style designs. Starting with a background in permanent makeup, having trained at the Pretty Girls Ink academy under Sabrina Gordon, and armed with the knowledge that the tattoo industry is heavily male dominated, Kinzie wanted to focus on providing a safe and private studio space and tattoo experience geared towards female tattoo clients who have felt uncomfortable in a traditional tattoo shop setting. She opened Metalmark Studios in 2020 in her hometown of Casper, Wyoming after apprenticing for both body art and piercing in an all female studio.
Before becoming a tattoo artist, Kinzie attended the University of Wyoming where she focused on studying business management and pre-law, but always came back to the passion from her childhood which was to create art.
